Sourcing Manager

* Identify and onboard local brokers, agents, and channel partners to promote residential projects.
* Regularly visit broker offices and network locally to build strong partnerships.
* Generate walk-ins to the project site through channel activation and local outreach.
* Distribute marketing collateral (brochures, site details) to potential partners and ensure follow-up.
* Maintain and update a database of brokers and leads regularly.
* Provide feedback from the market to the sales and marketing team.
* Ensure prompt communication and coordination between the site team and sourcing partners.
* Represent the project positively and professionally in all broker interactions.
