BDM – Domestic IT Staffing

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for Domestic IT Staffing services.
• Generate business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers, Procurement teams, and key business stakeholders.
• Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely candidate submissions and successful closures.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, rate cards, and service agreements with clients.
