Telesales/ GoDigit – Trainer

Conduct process training for new hires.
• Deliver product, process, sales, compliance & regulatory training programs.
• Develop and regularly update training content, SOPs, FAQs and learning modules.
• Conduct refresher and remedial training based on QA findings and business requirements.
• Monitor trainee performance through assessments, evaluations and certification programs.
• Partner with Operations, Quality and Business teams to identify training needs and close performance gaps.
• Maintain training records, attendance trackers and performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance and company policy requirements during training delivery.
